HighsReally nice quality. Removal of existing ear and head pads was reasonably easy. Reinstallation is straightforward and the new parts fit very cleanly and securely. Once installed the headphones look and feel like new.LowsInstructions are about a 3 out of 5 as the images aren't brilliant and the written instructions are ok but not great. Not the end of the world, but could be improved.

I've always been skeptical about buying non-Bose replacement parts after a bad experience with some cheap ear cushions for my QC 35's, so I only buy the Bose ear cushions. My headband was looking old (I've had the headphones for 5-6 years now) and it was starting to wear.This headband is great quality, and it fits and feels great. When I first got it I thought it was too small, but once I started with the replacement process, it fits perfectly.I've not yet tried the ear cushions but will use them when my current ones wear out. The feel of them is of good quality and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to replace their headband or ear cushions

Trust me i went to change the battery on bose store, everyone get impressed of it and asked me feom where i got it+ its perfectly for the gym sweat, you can wipe it easily and turn new again👍👍

After removing the original headband *with scissors". This headband has to be split to a top and bottom part that clips in together once you place it on the headphones, the instructions fail to mention this. Also it could be a struggle to put screws back, at the bottom of the band braces, into place.Doesn't compare to the original cushioning, it falls short, but at least no more black shedding from the original headband!Not sure of better alternatives, but didn't want to buy a Velcro headband. The ear pads are ok.
