This TV CAN run Xbox series X games at 4k 120hz!
I bought this TV primarily to use my Xbox series X on and I have seen a lot of misinformation regarding the 120 hz, it IS possible to run 4k 120 hz on this TV, let me explain, so first make sure you have a HDMI 2.1 cable aka Ultra High Speed cable, the Xbox Series X console comes with a 2-metre Ultra High Speed HDMI cable so you should already have one if you bought a Series X, secondly make sure you plug it into the correct HDMI port, ports 3 & 4 support HDMI 2.1 so plug it into one of those then go open up the settings on TV go to system > HDMI & CEC > HDMI Format > Enhanced Format. It is crucial you select this otherwise the option for 120hz will not appear on your Xbox also make sure game mode is switched to ON as well to ensure you get the best performance then once you have done all that go into the settings on your Xbox General > TV & display options and you should see the option for 4K UHD and 120 Hz you may also want to check your video modes option on your Xbox too and make sure everything you want is checked like VRR, HDR, Dolby vision etc. As for my review of this TV, this is a fantastic TV the picture quality is gorgeous on my series X, the colours are vibrant and games run buttery smooth on it, haven't really tested the sound quality much as I primarily use headphones but I didn't find anything wrong with it. All of these features on a big 55" TV I got for £500 is fantastic value, I got a great deal buying this TV and would highly recommend it especially if you're a gamer.

Very impressed
Bought this 55" to replace our 8 year old 50" that gave up the ghost. This is our first Hisense, and after just 1 day of using it, we've found it to be a cracking piece of kit.Pin sharp picture, wide viewing angle, great natural colours, amazing immersive sound...all out of the box with very little adjustment.Great TV. Couldn't be happier!

Great tv but VIDAA is veeery bad
I love this tv, quality/price it's impressive, gaming is just great.I spent hours just seeing all Kratos' details instead of actually playing.if you plug in the HDMI 3 you have 120Hz, and you can really see the difference. However, I see where they have saved money: the software.VIDAA doesn't simply work, it doesn't work with Google assistant, it often stucks, it doesn't work with apple devices, it can't share screens. It's the worst SW for TVs I've ever seen.I fixed this issue buying a ChromeCast and now I'm happy again.

Never again, screen is flickering! Waste of money!
I purchased the Hisense 55U7HQTUK 55” TV two years ago, and my experience with it has been a rollercoaster. Initially, I was impressed by its features and picture quality, which made it a significant investment for my home entertainment setup. However, as the warranty period has ended, I have encountered persistent issues that have left me feeling disappointed.Recently, I noticed that the screen has started to flicker intermittently at the top. This issue has become increasingly bothersome and detracts from the viewing experience. In an attempt to resolve this problem, I restored the default settings on the TV and even changed the power cable, hoping these actions would rectify the flickering. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, the issue persists.Given that this was an expensive television, my expectations were high. I anticipated that it would provide reliable performance for many years. However, experiencing such a significant problem after only two years of use is disheartening. It feels like a complete waste of money considering how much I invested in this product.Overall, my experience with the Hisense 55U7HQTUK has been disappointing due to its recent performance issues and lack of durability. After just two years of ownership and with no warranty coverage anymore, I find myself regretting this purchase. The flickering screen is not something I expected from a „premium television model”. Never again! Wish I could get my money back.

Amazing quality
I bought this to replace a recently purchased Samsung q60 that was garbage picture quality wise and one speaker was not working. The difference between the two brands is like night and day,the Hisense looks and feels more of a premium brand compared to the Samsung, the picture and sound is amazing and it's very easy to setup, definitely worth the money, I was sceptical with it being a budget brand but trust me it's spot on in every way.2023 update***Returned to Amazon for a full refund after LCD panel fault after 1 year.
