Probably go ahead and buy these
2019 was a good year and I bought a Mercedes S550. 2020 was a bad year with the virus, so I was looking to save some money on tires. I read good reviews on these tires and, crazy as it sounds, put a $400 set of tires on a $100,000+ car that is tuned and modded to 650 horsepower. I knew the risks and took it easy on them while figuring out what I could and couldn’t do on the winding back roads of middle TN. I gradually drove more agressively and can now review them for those of you that want to drive them hard.2 things to know: 1. the newer S550 doesn’t have a spare and comes stock with run-flats which suck for ride comfort and road noise, but have stiff sidewalls and are good for cornering and that’s what I’m comparing the Lexani to. 2. The car has AWD and, even with 650 hp, spinning out isn’t really an issue. I can only speculate on whether these tires would hook well on a rear-wheel drive (I think they would). The tires are good to go, imo. You can pretty much do what you want with them. I’ve been through 20 mph curves at 70+ and taken them up to 160 mph on straightaways with no issues. They feel firm and quiet at all times. They don’t handle as well as the run-flats that came on the car, but it’s only a slight difference and less difference than expected. If you have a sports car or muscle car and want a $400 set of tires that you can abuse and that will stand up to it, you can breathe easy with these Lexani LX20s.

💯
I just ran the tires in heavy rain and light snow. I was extremely satisfied with the handling and performance. So much so I contemplated buying the tires again to store.

Great value tire, not cheap...maybe choose slightly wider width
I have about 1500 miles on these tires in 1 month. A mix of summer driving both city/hwy and dry and rail. These lexani LX-twenty tires replaced some very loved Falken FK-453 which lasted me about 25,000 miles of spirited driving. I used nitrogen fill in those Falkens and these Lexanis. What I notice in the lower cost of these Lexanis is mainly the limited traction. These are a single 'A' for traction. The Falkens were AA. I can tell the difference on dry pavement...however, on wet pavement...it is barely noticeable. On wet pavement this tire compound really performs well, like you can drive almost the same way/speed as in the dry...in the wet you are not so much concerned with traction or steering with these Lexanis...you are more dependent on how good your brakes & rotors are. When I first had the Falkens, I was using EBC red brake pads with Eibach sport slotted rotors. I don't have that setup anymore, a cheaper and slightly quieter brake combo...but I will be going back to that setup again so I can really drive these Lexanis in the rain. The sidewalls are stiff in 35 series...which is what I prefer. I considered the look of the tire sidewalls and tread design in my purchase and I am pleased. The only negative I feel is the tire sidewall shape. The width is 245...but the sidewalls looks like it is stretched on my 8" wide rims. The previous 4 sets of tires on these same rims, also 245 width were more rounded and looked perfect from a side view profile. I will upload pics to help others decide, if I were able to purchase these tires in person...I would have chosen at least 255 width..so they don't looked stretched.

Great tires
The best tires I ever had, I purchased fullway and kumbo tires and other but they are not as quiet durable as Lexani tires.
