Good product
This lunchbox actually works as claimed! It does not leak, is not easily broken and has survived a middle schooler using it daily for over a year. I’m both surprised and relieved that it’s not a piece of junk.

Liked it better than bentgo. Truly leak proof
Originally bought the bentgo but then decided to try this one too. Ended up keeping this one and returning the other one. Very sturdy and leak proof. The reason I like this one more is the portion sizes and the clip. This is for my 18 month old and this one he can open without help, but the other one was too hard.

Heavier than plastic (obviously)
Sturdy and easy for my son to open. I appreciate that his food isn’t surrounded by plastic on all sides, and theres less plastic used in this box overall. But it’s a bit heavy and wish it could go in the wash!

The only lunchbox we use now
I’ve tried Bentgo, planetbox rover. This is the only lunchbox where compartments don’t leak! Great size for young kids (5-8 years old). Highly recommend

My daughter likes it. Easy to clean but it says not recommended use dishwasher.

Too heavy; prefer the original yumbox
Longtime user of Yumboxes here and I love them for my kids. Was hoping to transition to a metal one for environmental reasons but I’ll be returning this one and going back to the original plastic yumbox. It’s sooo much heavier than the original and my 3.5 yr old couldn’t even open this box on her own. It’s wonderfully constructed and feels solid and I imagine it to be very durable but I really don’t like how heavy it is - it would add a lot of weight to a bag.

Nice quality, but too small for older kids
The lunchbox appears to be of very good quality, but the compartments are too small to contain enough food for older kid (10 years old). For example, I can only fit half a sandwich in the biggest compartment. Otherwise, it is very nice, probably better for preschoolers or early elementary age kids.
