sweet in taste and only in fermented form garlic can be eaten.A good non stinging taste.

Doesn't seem fresh but not too old either.But certain garlic bulbs developed white mould on it ( as shown in pictures )- which could easily spread to nearby bulbs and not detectible to eye.Thereby have to discard a large surrounding part of the infected one as it could be highly detrimental to health and cause severe infection.But the packaging shows a date which is just 4 days before delivery.It clearly isn't possible. Either they have to be at least a few weeks old or the humidity has caused the mould to foster. In either case it indicates deception/carelessness.Hope the producer take notice.Otherwise fine. The pricing of black garlic is good compared to other sellers.

Good and nicely packedBut there is no aluminium foil closer in top of box when opened and it looks like deformed.
