Great product
The product was easy to apply, no odor to speak of, and has a nice, hard finish. It is very shiny, as promised. I think you need at least 4 thin coats on grout to get a good seal. My slate was good with 2 coats on the wall, but needed 4 for the floor. It was not slippery. I recommend it.

Perfect sealer
This product worked perfectly on my Saltillo tile floors. I did it myself and the floors look great. It was recommended by the company that cleans my rugs and was a good recommendation.

Great product, no fumes
This sealer was easy to apply to our natural rock chimney. The gloss shine is nice, not to glossy. I only applied one coat.

Excellent Results on Slate Floor
Our large sunroom floor is natural slate tile. The sealer had worn thin so the slate had to be refinished for protection and beauty. After cleaning thoroughly, I used a permeating sealer first. When it had dried, I applied two coats of this high gloss glaze. It went on very evenly and without bubbles that I have had problems with while using other similar products. This home improvement project was hugely successful. This slate floor is beautiful again and also is easy to keep clean.
