The description says body wash, but the picture is for the body lotion. I ordered this and received the lotion. Which is it?

There is a lotion and there is a body wash. They are not the same so if you ordered the body wash but got the body lotion, they sent you the wrong item.

Can you use the body wash on your face in your shower? shower

You can but depending on your skin it may be too much moisture. Ahava has other soap I would recommend for your face.
