I've been using these as sunglasses for years without issue. Red is my favorite color, which is how I found these in the first place. It was difficult to find sunglasses in red that didn't have a mirrored lens and were also affordable. These are just perfect on all counts. They look good, they're impact resistant, they're inexpensive, and when I lose them, I don't care. I've been through three pairs so far, which have all been lost to the mighty Atlantic ocean. No worries, just go back to my 12 pack and open a fresh pair. At this price, getting a year out of these is just fine with me.
