So disappointed in this product, it leaked everywhere the back filter tank doesn't securely fit. The water tank leaked so much that it emptied before i could use on my carpet. Its also very heavy and very noisy definitely not worth the money and feels very poorly built. I am currently in process of getting a refund and will be purchasing something better

I honestly thought I would be sending this back, but I tried it and its bloomin amazing! My lovely dog had peed on the carpet (thanks mate) so I used the cleaner and it was gone. Whilst cleaning I noticed the little rat had done another a while back, didn't think it would get rid of stain but it did. Its easy to fill, easy to use and really easy to clean it afterwards. Highly recommended.

I wanted something small and compact and having cream carpets a cleaner is a necessaty. This is great, it takes up such a small amount of storage space. However, the squirty bit just squirts out a straight line so no use at all unless for spot cleaning. I get a bowl of water and cleaning products and use a scrubbing brush to wet and clean the carpet first. Not vigorously. Then suck up all the dirty water with my carpet cleaner and you should see what comes out. Its disgusting. I hoover daily but still sucked up alsorts along with the dirty water. Including a few dead fleas from when the cat had them a few months back. Empty it into a glass bowl to view the filth afterwards. My carpet is fresh and clean and about 2 shades lighter!

Yeah, you might have been impressed by the price of this machine and the handy size. But on the negative side you have a lack of hoose, which makes you spend your time on your knees, getting in contact with wet carpet and cleaning solution.The squirt is literally that, a very weak squirt that won't soak enough the area. You are going to definitely need a bottle or something else to soak your carpet.I find the suction is a bit weak, and the suction area is quite small, which means it gets blocked quite a bit by the dirt. Ideally you'll have to empty and clean the tank a fair bit. I find useful the brush attached, as it can help you lift quite a bit, however, I'll recommend having a squeegee close to get deep into the carpet to lift extra fluff before hoovering.Overall, if you have the patience and your carpet is not massive, this does the job. But I recommend doing a pre and post treatment with one of those foamy stuff, and then move into doing the cleaning with the machine itself.

Perfect for my needs. As it specifies, not for a large expanse of fitted carpets say. But lovely on areas that I specifically organise in my head!!!! Also easy to use if follow manufacturers instructions and easy to hide away for further use if one lives in a small apartment as do I !! Thankyou

I ordered this a while ago now and it came pretty quickly, it's is very cute. However the materials are cheap and it's very heavy and loud. When we received the item the cap for the dirty water tank was missing, therefore it doesn't work as it can't suck properly and just spits out any dirty water back out the side. I contact swan and it took them ages to get in touch and they told me they'd send out a replacement part. Upon received the replacement part. They sent me a clean water tank, which is not the cap for the dirty water tank. I then reached back out and they apparently don't carry any spare caps so I could either return the item or they can offer 30% discount on the item. I bought this item on sale and it's not went back up in price and if I were to reorder again I'd pay twice the amount but can't keep the original as it literally doesn't work! Customer service is abysmal and took ages to get a reply from them. I used the wording from the instruction manual and they still sent me the wrong replacement piece.

Easy to set up and cleans just okay.Doesn't get rid of stains very well at all just fades them a bit.Also very heavy to use and not worth the money for the just okay job.
