Q: What can u can in this? How many quarts at once?

This canner can be used for fruits, tomatoes (not low-acid), jams, jellies, pickes and other preservative. Absolutely no vegetables like carrots or beans, meats, poultry and seafood. Anything you can with a boiling bath canner can be used with this canner. It holds 7 quart jars. If you would can carrots or beans, they are low-acid vegetables, they most likely be hazardous to your health because the canner does not get "hot" enough to control bacteria from growing in the jars.

Q: Can this item be used to pressure can? for instance can i set it to 20 pounds of pressure for 40 minutes?

It's a water bath canner not a pressure canner....only items you can water bath

Q: My question is why the rapid price increases? I placed item in my cart for 182.00 stepped away and now it is over 200.00

I was able to get it for $163 on January 4th,I had a gift card and some reward points only paid $51 out of pocket.

Q: where can I find a replacement ball canner spigot? I broke mine.
