NOT USER FRIENDLY
First I purchase the Legrand Radiant "Smart" Outlet, #WNRR20WH not realizing that in order for it to be "smart", you also needed to purchase their gateway, which cost even more than the outlet. To make a long story short, the gateway only works on a 2.4GHz network. Go figure. After numerous calls to Legrand's very knowledgeable and helpful tech staff, they couldn't get it to communicate with my 2.4GHz network. I have a strong signal with my mesh network but it didn't help any trying to get this thing to communicate. Because of this and the unreasonable cost, I can't recommend this, and I'm returning it.
