This has been the most frustrating product that I've used as a mother. It's supposed to monitor our children in order for us to protect them. The concept is great, but the product hardly ever works. Can't increase the volume level on the base station to notify us, doesn't even send the notification to my phone half the time, and have a difficult time getting the image to load on my phone. Even if the image is already there, simply changing the phone orientation causes the image to disappear and it will not reload. Great concept for a product, but very frustrating and very unreliable to monitor our child.

Great but the sock doesn’t stay on little feet so it wakes me up often for no reason. So I’ll try again when his feet are bigger. So not good for newborns or preemies. My baby is currently 8lbs 4oz and it still does not fit his foot. His foot is just to small.

I've used this since I've brought my baby home from the hospital. You really can't put a price on peace of mind. It's worth all the money! I love how it keeps track of how much sleep he's getting. It comes with 4 socks of two different sizes, so it grows with baby. I've used it everyday for about 3 months and it's still going strong. Love all the features that come in the app for free!

Owlet used to be great in 2020 with my first son. 5 stars: reliable and quality. Now it's utter trash, doesn't work, is extremely buggy, the literature is terrible and inconsistent with both itself and the product. I wouldn't be surprised if Owlet starts seeing lawsuits for false advertising on this.
