I was looking for some travel accessories as a gift for my brother's birthday - he's planning a trip to Europe for the fist time. I did a lot of searching on what things one should have when traveling abroad (as I have never been). I thought this neck pouch would be helpful for keeping his passport/money/ID, etc safe while traveling. I looked at a lot of these pouches online as I feel they're safer (tucked under clothes, etc) and also more stylish than a fanny pack! :) I was very happy with the quality of this product when I received it. It seems well made and the design is well thought out - the cord that fits around the neck is soft and adjustable, there's moisture-wicking material on the back of the pouch (so if you wore it inside your shirt for extra security, it wouldn't stick to your skin), there are 2 decent-sized zippered pockets that would be good for money, passport, etc. There's a clear pouch on the front where you could place your ID/drivers license. The top of the pouch has a flap that has velcro - which conceals a bigger compartment with 2 sections where you could also tuck a pen and small notepad, even a small map, etc. I could also see this as being a good safe place for a media player or cell phone (you could keep the phone secured in the pouch and run headphones throught the sides of the velcro-ed flap). This was the only travel neck pouch I saw that looked like it had room for a phone while still being slim enough to comfortably tuck away. I tested it with my phone (Samsung Note 3, it's a large phone). The Note 3 fits in the top pocket with room to spare and even with the added weight of the phone, it's still comfortable to carry. If your phone is any smaller than the Note 3, it would probably fit in any of the pockets. The pouch is lightweight material but in no way flimsy. It seems like it would last a long time. The only thing I would suggest is for the company to offer a couple more color options (I don't remember having any choice other than brown when ordering). The brown is fine, but if I were purchasing this for myself I would at least like a choice of colors. A contrasting lighter color on the inside pockets might be nice too. Either way, I think my brother will like it for his trip.

A very useful item. I used my pouch for the first time today. It easily held two passports and another paper in one of the compartments. There were other compartments as well, with plenty of room to spare for money, credit cards, etc. I am very happy with the item.

This is wonderful quality, but it’s much too large and thick for comfortable wearing by a short, chubby gal.If I were walking around like a big dopey tourist with this bouncing off my belly outside my shirt, it would be the perfect choice. If you’re looking for a festival wallet, this might be the exact right thing.

This was really useful on my trip abroad. It held my passport, money and phone with no issues. I felt comfortable in large crowds with this slung cross body. I have used it several time and an impressed with the build quality.

Fabulous. Buy this. This is a great little "holder of things" for a deal. I love mine. I use it every day and it is so durable I can hardly believe it. I keep checking it for stains or tears -- nothing, ever. I am buying another one in the next few days. Mine is brown. My second one will be brown. I keep my d/l, passport, debit card, keys and cash in it. It all fits. I love the clear window. This would make a great gift. You really can't beat the price.

I did not use this product. I have been searching for a hands free bag for travel that reduces my risk for being pick pocketed.This product is well made, but the straps are NOT adjustable and are too thin for me.Instead, I decided to purchase a crossbody belt bag. I can purchase an inexpensive RFID wallet and put it in the bag. It can hold everything a neck purse can, come in a size not too large, and be comfortable. I plan to wear it under a jacket. The neck purse might have the advantage of being able to hide it under a shirt or blouse. The crossbody bags have wider straps. I might end up with Lululemon, but Amazon carries similar products. These bags are common and do not signal tourist. I did see other over the shoulder bags, but they were too big or oddly shaped.I hope you find this helpful.
