Works great, but is a bit expensive
Fits me well and is much nicer than using inserts. But the pad only was not currently available so I had to buy this set with more parts than I need now (possibly I'll need then in the future, but not now) which made the price a large fraction of the price of a whole pump and that doesn't seem so great.
