Liminal Thinking: Create the Change You Want by Changing the Way You Think

Good, but much too light
It's a decent distillation and re-branding of what is essentially the work of Chris Argyris and the learning organization movement (with a dash of human empathy), but it's much too lightweight for the price. It feels like one of those blog articles-turned-books, light on overall conent - it has *giant* margins and type, and some pages are a few dozen words re-stating the chapter or main concept. And the proposed Exercises, where you can put into practice what you've learned, are very fluffy, which is a huge missed opportunity to deliver real value to the audience.I'd recommend readers going to the source work first, such as Fifth Discipline or it's accompanying workbook, or works focused on pragmatically mitigating types of personal bias.

Really interesting.
Easy to read with small chapters. It has given me food for thought regarding fear of change and offers some tools that might help me gain insight into both my own limitations and an understanding of the limitations of others.
