The item is good value for money and exactly what I wanted as I ordered it after measuring my items and many searches. But the transportation damaged the shelves as it came unscrewed from its housing and was found on the bottom of the package. One wheel got bent and hence all of them had to be removed and placed on a stool to retain its height. Picture attached for reference.

The assembly is impossible because the picture you see is not what you get. We need total 24 screws which is not provided. Non of the screw hole in plank fits the frame holes. This cannot be assembled with one person. Carpentery help is needed. Always for a safe assembly and safe use get help. The product may be GOOD after all these time, money and help.

The quality is poor, and it's not a similar product. You cannot adjust the levels and the metal frame not at all as given in the images.
