I've been using prenatal vitamins for years to help my hair and nails grow. These did nothing. Before knowing that, I got some for my stepsister. They did nothing for her either so it wasn't just that one bottle. These may be cheap, but only work as well as the micro plastics we all consume anyway. What have I been putting into my body?!

I got these from a woman’s health center but I came here looking to get more. These are the best prenatals I’ve ever had, easy to swallow and there’s no gross after taste like nature valley. 10/10 recommend. I’m expecting in April and baby girl is healthy and growing nicely.
