Easy set up. Comfortable to wear. Coworkers have said they didn’t know I was using a headset. Sounds clear even as I walk around with it. Very pleased with it so far.

Missing extra speaker cover

I got this to use for work to bypass landline. My only issue is that it mutes itself at times. The unmute doesn’t work. I have to turn off headset and after a few secs turn it back on. Other than that, it is working and meeting my needs.

Poor Bluetooth range
Bluetooth range for Jabra Evolve 65 headset along-with Jabra Link 370 is quite low. If I walk away more than 15 feet away from my desk to another adjacent room, voice starts to break. Even though I have placed my Bluetooth Jabra Link 370 adapter on higher location for better visibility, but that did not help much.While I am within 10 feet of Bluetooth dongle, audio quality is quite good.It does not have noise isolation or cancellation.Rather poor audio quality of this headset does not justify extremely high cost of Jabra headsets. I am using it just because it's provided by my office.
