A few months ago, I became lactose-intolerant. So, my previous go-to gainer by Muscle Milk was off the table. This was delicious and safe on my gut. At first I got the 15lb bucket and it required me to use a shaker ball. Shake, let it sit, shake again, and then it was still a bit clumpy but it was fine. Then I ordered a 7lb bag and it must have been a different formulation. It did not clump like the 15lb bucket powder did. I ordered another 10lb bag and it was similar to the 7lb bag. Just use a blender ball. This is a great lactose-free, decent calorie shake that's worth it for those who lift on a regular basis. Combined with the right eating plan, I gained 10lbs of lean mass in about a month. "results may vary" I would just recommend that you skip the bucket and go right to the bags to avoid the possible clumpy formulation found in the bucket.

I get with broken seal. Now thinking should I return it use it. Please suggest.
