Built very cheaply
First crack in the case showed as I was putting my phone in at by the charging port later one showed just by having my phone in my pocket, very disappointed considering I had family that loves UAG cases.

The volume buttons become very difficult to pressIn addition, after using it for 2 weeks, the edge strip on the lower charging port broke off. Maybe it's because of environmental concerns...

I always put Urban Armor on my kids' phones and have never had problems before. This particular one is junk. It cracked within 2 weeks.

Phone case arrived with a major crack in it. Package wasn’t damaged but phone case was very damaged. Returned and just bought a case from Apple.

Product began disintegrating shortly after purchase. My husband loves UAG and insisted on buying one for his new phone. Extremely disappointing.
