OK to take but very expensive for small quantity - usually pay less than this for a years supply.

Upon receiving this item, there was a small piece of foam to keep the tablets secure in transit, which was a nice touch. There is a tamper evident seal upon opening it.Some supplements have an odd taste, but the Nutra Zinc Complex tablets were fine, without any particular overwhelming taste or smell. The tablets are rather small and easy to swallow. I'm unsure if they're sugar-coated tablets, but they feel smooth and I had no issue with them.Zinc is something I struggle to get in my normal diet, so the supplements are helpful. The additional B, C and D vitamins are sure to be helpful too, especially so in the winter. I do not have the facilities to test the accuracy of the ingredients, but I have had no ill effects after consuming them. I started taking these as part of the "Holy Grail Supplement Stack", and have noticed positive results, so I believe the product to be genuine.
