Hard to build but great product!
There’s a YouTube video online which you can follow easier than the instructions, I’d recommend power tools and someone who’s tall and can lift weighted objects well to help you out. But overall I love it looks super modern!

Great wardrobe but......
Arrived in good time & on the appointed day. On the plus side once completed its a sturdy fine looking piece of furniture with lots of space. However you do need plenty of room to assemble it.... we only had 2.5M x 1.8M which made things a bit tricky. The written instruction leaflet wasn't the easiest to follow & we had no QR code link for a video (as othersvhave had) although we found a YouTube video which aided with the fitting of the doors. The vertical 'decorative' slats on the door do still move despite being tightened so next job is to carefully glue these as well. Have had to order some short necked hangers as the drop from the hanging rails is a little short. Despite these teething problems am still very pleased with the product.

My Advice Is Avoid
So, the first thing to stress is this product looks stunning, when you eventually get it put together, however the external look is the only thing that is worthy of that accolade! The instructions are a challenge and yes there is a better You Tube video, but that makes the whole process slow and frustrating. The unit is not as described, the first and most obvious issue is that the images on Amazon are all in reverse, so where you see a mirror to the left, in real life it would be to the right and the instructions support this being the case, meaning the doors were initialy set on the wrong runner and scratched the timber slats. This company claim the pictures look in reverse, because they are HD Images! The next issue is its configurability, this is also not as described. The company’s response to this was “It is if you drill holes and make changes!” I asked them why I would drill holes in new furniture and in the process null and void the warranty and their reply was “To make it customisable”As an example, if you choose to use double hanging height and insert everything into the predrilled holes, the top hanging clothes hang an inch on the lower rail and the lower rail clothes hang 3 inches on the floor. Originally, they told me this is because my clothes are too big! Having dispelled that by stating they are standard UK clothes size and length and advising their advert made no mention of size restrictions, they then decided it was my coat hangers that were the wrong size! Having again dispelled this they then said drill some holes and move them up!We then spoke at length about returning the product. They advised I could, but it must be in the original packaging. I explained that the original packaging had been kept outside (the boxes are 2.2 meters long) and had got wet, but I did still had them. I also took the trouble to point out the Amazon return policy did not specifically state the original packaging must be used. They told me not to put the product in wet boxes, so I suggested I dismantle the product and stand it beside the boxes, but alas this was not acceptable because allegedly to meet UK health and safety, the product must be in the box! The box they told me not to put it in!Anyway, as much as I was enjoying the fruitless but strangely intriguing conversation, they wanted to cut it short by offering me £80.00, which was a £60.00 increase on their original offer. I went to great lengths to explain the product faults again and that the USP they had of full customisation making these wardrobes £500 wardrobes was not there anymore and, in my opinion, they are £300.00 wardrobes at best! This was the point Nova, surpassed himself in customer service by explaining to me that he knew I was the type of person who ordered goods with the sole intention of claiming a refund! I wasn’t sure and he could not offer an explanation as to where he got that information from, but he seemed convincing, he nearly had me!Anyway, fast forward a couple of weeks and a few pointless messages, I agreed to accept the £80.00. Now 3 weeks later and a considerable amount of my time later, I am not prepared to accept £80.00 as they owe me for my time. Amazon have also asked them to revise their offer and work with me to resolve it, but as yet not resolve!Amazon themselves have 3 times on recorded calls told be I will get a refund under their A to Z policy, unfortunately, you cant speak to anyone who understands their own policies let alone conclude a near sensible resolution.Amazon’s latest advice today, is that I start legal proceedings, I am of course happy to start a money claim but seems slightly counterintuitive when both companies could have just resolved the issue with the customer!I can only assume this company wanted a bad review and Amazon want me to take my very well used buying account elsewhere! This not being the case, it seems a peculiar way to conduct themselves!

A really bad experience
A really bad experience from the beginningI had to dissemble my bed to make room to build my new wardrobe from sliding wardrobes 4u the day before delivery was scheduled then on the day I get a call to ask me if I would like it in white or oke as they didn’t have it in black ? Or if I waited until Friday I can have it in the black like I ordered so I slept on the sofa for a week then I was excited my wardrobe was being delivered on the Friday I received my order & I checked the packaging looked fine no holes I unpacked everything to find one of the parts was broken I thought I can buy one not a problem as I was building I noticed s few scratches I thought I can colour them in when I fully built the wardrobe to find the doors work perfectly didn’t line up at the bottom so tried adjusting but couldn’t then I put the outside front trim on couldn’t notice the door then unless you looked from inside angle but now I can see through the trim then i started to clean the wardrobe mirror I noticed little scratches running Al. The way down spaced out.I am so unhappy about the experience I’m having with my order from sliding wardrobes 4u

Looks beautiful
When made up this wardrobe looks beautiful .The instructions, when you find them QR code on side of box , are not much help. The pieces are not marked, so when referring to no A number A does not exist. The 203 cms wardrobe took about 6 - 7 hours with 2 people working constantly and the need for a third person to help at certain times , ie to lift wardrobe and place doors .Having said all this , the wardrobe when made up , is very sturdy and looks good.Even with all the difficulties with assembly I would recommend this wardrobe and the seller for there good and prompt response to my issues and for the delivery communication.
