The Perfect Plywood
Stumbled upon this by accident, ordered it and thinking that it was a B grade plywood - to my surprise it was an A grade while priced cheaper than other B grade listings. Tried to order more, but it was out of stock for some time. During that time, I've tried several other brands, and none of them was as consistent as Frylr's (Part of it was probably because it's A grade). When I saw it was available again, I immediately reordered several packs. The grain is consistent and never had an issue cutting with my laser. Due to the smoothness of the face of the plywood, any soot would just wipe right off - saves me time from masking and removing the masking each time. There were never any glue pockets and it is firm enough for intricate and detailed cuts.Packaging is great - single vacuum packaging for the stack that's easily removed and protects it from the weather when the carrier gets the shipping box wet. My only gripe is the masking tape that's used on the 4 corners to hold them together - you'll need some patience to peel them off. I'm not going to knock a star down for it, as that seem to do its job for keeping the wood flat.Although I've never had any issue with warping, I keep them stacked on a flat surface in case it needs to acclimate to the humidity. The thickness of the plywood is exactly 1/8", which is actually 3.17mm.

Affordable Baltic Birch Plywood Set
I recently had the opportunity to review the Baltic Birch Plywood set, which came in a pack of two pieces. I must say, the price for the 45-pack is astounding, especially for birch plywood. Once you dial in the settings correctly, the cut is phenomenal— I personally found success with a 100/6/2 cut. However, it did take some trial and error to get there. Overall, I'm pleased with the value these plywood sheets offer. One thing to note is that you may encounter some issues with the glue, which can cause a bit of charring. Nevertheless, considering the price, these plywood sheets are a great choice for various woodworking projects.

Best price and best quality.
If you take pride in your work, then you really need to purchase from this supplier. I purchased 90 pieces of birchwood and will be buying a lot more. All my cuts have been clean and are very detailed. I have not had a single project not cut clean, 100 percent. No more failures to completely burn through. No more using a razor knife to finish a cutout. The finish on the wood is outstanding and not a single warped piece. No need to sand the wood before processing. I am even able to cut at a faster speed without any problems. NOTE: Due to the serious packaging, you will need a few extra minutes to unpack it.

Some sheets may be warped
The quality of the wood is great. They will or are warped once unwrapped though. And the unwrapping is tedious to say the least. Price is excellent, although I'd expect less warping from smaller 3mm sheets. Pick and choose what sheets to use if you need the full 300mmx300mm, roughly 12"x12". Still some of the better actual veneer sheets, and at a decent price, I have used for lasering. I would buy again even knowing some sheets may be useless if needing full size pieces for a project.

Stand behind their product
I had an issue with my order and emailed the company. They replaced the product within 2 days and BEFORE Christmas. Now that is customer service how it was intended to be!! And the quality is second to none. Flat like it should be. And you can see how the competitors products so warped.

Random Thickness, actual 2.3 to 3.5 mm
Very inconsistent thickness. I just wasted about 30 sheets cutting parts, and several hours staining them only to find the tab/slot joints won't fit. My calipers show a range of 2.3mm to 3.5mm. The only reason I gave any stars is the appearance quality is good. Be warned; you will add labor to your project through the need to measure each sheet BEFORE you cut it. I have $45 in wasted material due to the poor thickness quality control.

Updated review.
Update: I received a new box and it is great this time, only a couple pieces are a little warped but definitely not as bad as the previous one.It looks good and cuts through with my laser (xtool). Great customer service, I am really looking forward to doing more business with them.Original:This is the second time buying this; the first time the quality was great. Unfortunately this time all of it was warped, every single sheet.. and the glue kept my laser from cutting through so I sent all of it back.Hopefully they work toward improving the quality again.I might try again in the future.

Not A/A grade wood. Item not as advertised!! Buyer beware
I found 8 of the 45 have filled knots in them. A/A wood is not supposed to have any fills or knots in them. Both faces are supposed to be pristine. If it was rated as B/BB then one face can have blemishes. Also I have several that when engraved there are holes where it went through the 1st layer (Veneer) and there was nothing underneath it. I have worked around the knots but the bad engravings are just trash which is wasted wood that I paid for. Not a happy camper. I'll not be buying from this supplier again. If I hadn't had a deadline to meet so urgently I would have returned it all. I gave it one star in the value part because even though it was a little less than other suppliers its value went down since I have thrown several pieces away.
