I received 12 crayons, each with multiple colours.

Q: How do you swap the colours?

Pull colour nib out from the bottom pop it into the top and continue until you get the colour you want

Q: How many do I need to order to get the box aswell.

I thought it came with the box but only 1 packet very disappointed and definitely not worth the money
