I submitted a review on this seller based on the delivery by Royal mail, which was abysmal and very very late. The Product ,however, when I received it, is brilliant. It does exactly what it says. It keeps my kitchen completely odour free and they look nice too. I'm sorry about the previous review but I was so angry. I wasn't even sure that I was going to receive the item at all.

I am writing this as a student in a busy half of residences in probably not one of the cleanest areas in the world. That said these work great place them in a centre of a room and all the odour is removed the great fact thing from a student point of view is you don't need to keep buying them leave them in the sun for a day or place in a warm oven for an hour or so and they are recharged truly a good artful air fresher that in my opinion can go into any space. I have not tried them in a fridge like thye are rated too but first opportunity i have will give them a try

Initially these rocks were miraculous. We have had problems with rats under the house and the smell in our under-stairs cupboard was horrendous. Within an hour of placing these rocks in the room the smell had all but disappeared. It was so fantastic I bought another set for use around the house. Unfortunately a couple of weeks later the smell was returning. So I followed the instructions to 'recharge' them. But once heated in the oven as per the instructions, the rocks did nothing. I 'recharged' them again. Still nothing. I tried a third time. Still nothing. So I went online to return them because as far as I'm concerned that's faulty advertising. But I have missed the return deadline by 3 days. So, £30 out of pocket, horrible smelling under-stairs cupboard and a pile of useless rocks. Very disappointed.…. I am adding a later note to this review and moving my rating from 1 to 3 because of the impressive customer service I received following this review. After a long conversation with the owner of the company it turns out that I probably expected too much of the product - it’s not strong enough to deal with rat smells. He also refunded my purchases and was proactively concerned to ensure that their advertising would reflect the product’s limitations. You can’t expect much more than that can you? So I’ll have to find another solution for my rat smells. Good luck with yours…

I don't know if they have arrived needing a first charge, but these haven't worked for me. I also bought some charcoal products, which have worked well! I will try 'charging' them (sunlight or oven I believe...) but so far, no cigar.

My daughter had complained that her anti-social neighbours in the flat below were smoking like factory chimneys and the smell was drifting up through the wall cavity (old Victorian flats) so rather than masking it with chemical sprays I looked into alternatives and found Zeolite!Now I am a bit of a skeptic I admit but the reviews all seemed positive and for the fair price I purchased 2 bags and gave them a go.Popped them in a bowl and placed them in the room where the smell was at it's worst. Being impatient I expected instant results however they took a couple of days to start working and my daughter has now told me the smell is almost gone completely which is great news.So until they find a rock to make annoying neighbours vanish I would highly recommend these for all nuisance smells around the home.

Great in bedrooms to keep air fresh, particularly stuffy overnight smells or dampness. Does not combat toilet odours! Product has no scent.

Honestly not convinced these work. I bought to assist elimating smell of smoke from a fabric sofa which I have meticously attempted to clean in various ways for A while now. I do think the odour is greatly reduced but not sure if the rocks are the reason or if it’s basically a combination of my ongoing efforts. My Husband says they look like a pile of rocks he could pick up from local building merchant which made me laugh. 🤣 The jury’s out on the viability of this product but I will attempt to use these in other areas and see what happens!
