Helped reduce my plantar fasciitis pain
This is my fourth set, not because they break easily but because I love using them in absolutely every pair of footwear I have.1. They are super sticky and fit into the shoe heel nicely2. You can wash them in warm water and they dry up in 10 minutes, and which they’re sticky again and ready to be reused3. They give a nice cushion to the heels without creating an odd height in the shoe4. They can be used for months on end without tearing or breakingMy physiotherapist had recommended that I buy them, and I haven’t looked back. The plantar fasciitis pain went away with treatment but it didn’t come back because aside from other precautions I took, I also never go anywhere without these supporting my feet. :)
