Q: Is there a step in missing to enable the mobile spinning? My device turns on music and lights just fine, but the mobile motor isn't spinning. Thanks.

Mine is working fine When I use the remote I have to press twice and it starts to spin and when I press the mobile it comes on when I turn the light on and spins for a little while then off and the light stays on I have to replace the batteries every 2 weeks tho but then again I have it on most of the night .

Q: Can the sound be completely muted??

To a degree - you can have the light on with no music, and if you turn the light off again with a short press the mobile will continue to spin for 15 minutes.

Q: Can this be attached to snuzpod?

Yes I attached mine using lots of them zip ties. I snipped off the excess to make it neater. It’s not the most attractive thing but it keeps it upright
