Q: Please can someone help me as i have just bought this , once you have put the air tube on are you then not supposed to ever take it off . k picton

I keep my air pipe on all of the time ...then you can take your blood pressure without getting stressed out when putting the pipe on right...hope that this helps.

Q: Can i buy a cuff to fit a 6 year old with this?

There are multiple cuff sizes. You need to buy the paediatric size for children

They can be tricky. Open the cuff so your arm can slip inside. Make sure the air tube points down towards your wrist. Adjust the bottom edge of the cuff so that it is about 2cm above the inside of the elbow joint. Tighten the cuff around the arm by pulling the cuff around your bicep and secure using the velcro. Q: What is meant by nhs approved? the description says clinically validated but that doesn’t mean nhs approved.

All l know is that it works! I have high blood pressure and l got a reading of 220/120, so l went to A&E. My reading there was.....220/120! Have had mine for 10 months and v happy it is helping me keep track. You're welcome!
