I am a man and my hands are not really big and they feel actually slightly tight. That should do it for you.

im no connoisseur of cottons n fabrics but i was able to take a bowl of boiling hot noodles to my room without burning my hands while wearing these gloves. the only thing you have to worry about is the threads falling apart due to the not good build quality
