It's great my son loves it
I got it for my 13 yr old son and he loves it was a great bike for the money spent

Not to happy
At first I was very thrilled! It came a week earlier then It was supposed to! The delivery was seamless! A nice sturdy metal framed box to keep it safe and protected! However… there was nothing in the manual about how to remove the seat to hook up the battery. So that took quite awhile to figure out. Once we did figure it out something was wrong with the battery. It was dead. So we had to charge the battery. Now the bike is making a strange noise. Will not start no matter what we do or try. We have had it only a week. It has been driven maybe a total of one hour.

Initial Confirmation/Agent accessibility is a bit of a headache
I tried calling to confirm with a representative the afternoon after I made the purchase only to be met with "agent is unavailable, leave a voicemail or message us at Support Syx Moto" I left a voicemail AND followed up with a ticket on their website about my order. They called me Monday morning, but JUST missed the call. I returned the call IMMEDIATELY (as in a min) - no answer. I leave my phone unattended and hear it ring, so I rush back, answer the phone but it did not connect and was unable to hear anyone on the other end. I receive a voicemail after missing the first call and attempted to call back. I made 9 calls throughout Monday from the morning up until the late evening, but was met with the same voice message - that a representative is unavailable and to leave a voicemail.I am waiting for the phone call today, but really hoping they don't just cancel my order and charge me the freight x 2 for "being unable to be reached to confirm my address." I confirmed it in the voicemail (twice on two separate voicemails) as well as via the ticket on their website. They should set up two or three times (date and approx time) for the call to take place so you're just not waiting by your phone ALL DAY. or be MUCH MORE accessible. I was excited to make the purchase, but this interaction has me second guessing the purchase if it was a good purchase or not. Will update with outcome
