So pleased I found this. After a lifetime of a pretty sluggish gut, & having tried dozens of things over the years for constipation (including colonics) - I’m just so relieved to have something that really does work for me. I would say to be careful to begin with. For the initial week / 10 day cleanse I took 3 tablets before bed each night & that worked wonderfully - a proper detox - let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t go for the 5 tablets! I now take 2 tablets at bedtime every 3 or 4 days just to keep things moving regularly. Absolutely no cramping, just gently go to the toilet properly on a daily basis now - over the moon :-) I would just add, not to take the tablets with a fizzy drink (as I read in one of the reviews) it really does speed up / increase the effect hugely & you wouldn’t want to be far from the toilet at all. We’re all different, but this honestly has worked wonders for me - none of that awful griping or diarrhoea you get with some old school laxatives - just naturally soft motions. I recently shifted to uk I went to GP so many times, tried all the medicine nothing helped me. But this was I would say works amazing without any pain & harm. Execellent product 🤍 one more thing I started taking with 2 tablets & they works fine

Hi, started taking three tablets as recommended and it worked almost straight away on my … shall we say digestive system. So much so that I stopped and will just take a maintenance dose once things settle down. Felt a bit less foggy and tired too. I haven't tried any other brands so can’t compare.

So I’ve had these tablets now since May , I have ibs so bowel movements are not a regular occurrence most of the time. For a couple of days every other week I would take 5 capsules at night with 12oz of water ( some times a lot more water) , they worked in helping me have a bowel movement but not enough to eliminate the back up . Anyway that was until I took 5 last night with coke cola ! About 15 oz to be exact . Boy did that work ! It was like the great Nile , yep brown and watery ( sorry tmi) and nope it didn’t stop after one visit , it went on all day long . I’m pleased to say I am light as a feather and feeling so much better. It never caused any stomachache/ cramping like most laxatives.So if you’re like me and still having problems after days of taking the full dose of 5 capsules with enough water to sink the titanic , next time try it with coke cola and make sure you have nothing planned that whole day so you can be in easy reach of the toilet. Another thing I found wastaking them with water it took up 10/12 hrs to work, with coke cola it took 5 hrs to start and endless hours to stop. Everyone is different and it depends on how constipated you are on how long it takes before it comes to and stop .Pretty much like moviprep ( colonoscopy laxative) but without the disgusting taste.

I love these. They are the gentlest thing I have taken to get ‘relief’ and I’ve tried many!!

Please note: I was trying this product on myself before using on my youngster given that I wouldn't expect her to take anything I wouldn't use on myself. I had done much research on parents using this on their children and after much stress of a withholding child and after consultation with my GP we though the "natural" claims behind this and the ingredients list seemed ok however I must report that I am now not happy that people are using this on their youngsters after the effects I experienced and would urge people to think twice and not to reach out in desperation, please go and see their GP and order a copy of the book "Stool Withholding -What to do when your child won't poo!" by Sophia J. FergusonDay 1 product,1 capsule taken as per instructions caused acid reflux within a short space of time, ok I persevered hoping for some results given that it could just be a reaction I would experience. The second night dose, 1 capsule again acid reflux and cramp. Night three EXCRUCIATING burning sensation in my throat and mouth. I woke up on day 3 with what looked like blisters all over my tongue and over a week later still had acid reflux that nothing would shift eventually this was resolved with visit to the GP and some omeprazole along with getting my daughter back on the old tried and tested withholders plan.

Used 3 as per recommendation but not working for me as I do suffer from constipation so I now double the dose using 5 to 6 tablets every night and it works but too expensive purchase

This has been an absolute godsend. Our (just) 3 year old has been withholding poos after a particularly large and painful one scared her. So she now refuses to let it out for a week. Obviously she has been backlogged and stuck with very hard and large painful poos which have been upsetting for everyone involved. Thank god i found out about this. One tablet mixed with a cup of water (its tasteless) daily and even though shes refusing to go and holds it in still, her weekly movement has become soft and easy to shift. Today it was very large again and i dread to think how hard it would have been to pass if i hadn't been giving her this. Hopefully she will soon get over this stage but i highly recommend this to all mums and dads going through this. Recommended.
