These are EXCELLENT QUALITY. Pros: release valve on cups, extra sturdy hosing, extra sturdy plastic, cute color, provides EXCELLENT suction seal when used correctly.Now, I have read the negative reviews and and am convinced the people who say they "don't suction" are brand new to vacuum therapy and simply don't know what they are doing. I have been doing therapeutic cupping for medical purposes for about ten years and am new to cosmetic cupping, but my therapeutic experience crosses over into this area.Here's some advice:1) the cups must make a COMPLETE SEAL on every single millimeter of the edge, or it will not form suction. These cups are truly XXL. I am a size 18/20 with most of that in my rear end. These cups fit me perfectly, and if I lost any weight they likely wouldn't suction. I hate to say it but I have a feeling people are buying these cups WANTING an XXL behind without HAVING an XXL behind, and writing poor reviews because they're simply using the wrong dang size. USE THE RIGHT SIZE CUP OR DONT COMPLAIN WHEN IT DOESNT SUCTION!2) you better oil up your skin real good before cupping. jojoba is great. dry skin is less likely to form suction.3) know how to use your machine. Practice with small cups first on your arm or leg. Learn what the various switches and modes do for the act of suction/release. Just bc the machine is on and intensity is at max doesn't mean it's in the right mode to FORM THE SEAL. You won't get suction if you're on the wrong mode to start, or if you're not FIRMLY pressing down for 10-30 seconds as the suction FORMS, first.You can't just be a size 10 and throw these on your dry behind and expect a suction seal and plumping action. You have to use technique and skill! There's a REASON people charge for this service!I have been doing this three times a week and have seen dramatic results. It DOES work, you just have to have skill and committment!!
