Save yourself from being a thicko who writes something like ‘they rolled it too tight it’s impossible to get flat’. And read this.. or one of the other reviews by people who chose not to be thicko’s..Hang it on the radiator when you first get it. After an hour or so.. spin it around n hang the side that you couldn’t fit on the first time. By the end of the night it will have softened n be pretty much ready to go. Don’t have your heating on full whack.. mine were on something like 18 degrees. Its simple stuff though. And works.Does the job. Nice n cheap. Can’t complain. Happy customer.

Bit stiff at first (wouldn’t uncurl) but followed reviews on here and hung it on a radiator for a while to reshape it.Once flat it is fine. Slippy when wet though, but good grip and easy to clean

Honestly, looking at the negative reviews, one would think this was the devil incarnate. Yes, it comes tightly packaged (what's the other option?), and it does tend to curl up, but this is easily resolved by rolling it in the reverse and leaving it for a couple of days. The ends might still persist, but they are easily cut off or secured with double-sided carpet tape until it behaves. The tape is useful for keeping it in place if need be. The mat is good quality and does the job. I didn't notice any smell. What more?

Using for door entrance ( carpet floor). Used a nano tape to fix it. The photo first shows after unpacking it, it was stretched after using the hair dryer for no more than 50 seconds. The second photo shows it fully installed with double sided nano tape. The last one I bought from this vendor lasted 5 years with dogs and muddy boots walking through it all day long. It only split due to a mistake in the installation, not the quality of the item purchased. I recommend it.

Had to give one star because option for none not available.Product is Rubbish , its thin, it wont lay flat, it has no grip at all.

Bought to place over floor mat in my treatment room. Due to COVID I’m not allowed soft furnishings, so I have to steam the floor after each client. I think the constant steaming has shrunk the plastic slightly. I didn’t really want to buy 2 of these mats but they still worked out slightly better value than ordering from elsewhere. They will definitely protect a carpet, but obviously don’t absorb any mud.

I needed this to cover carpets and allow builders working outside to step into the house. It worked perfectly. Good thick gauge and can withstand plenty of foot traffic. Quite easy to cut to shape with kitchen scissors. Its ridged on one side to help stop movement on the carpet.Yes it arrives in a roll. But by gently playing a warm hairdryer over it, it easily becomes very soft and pliable to lay flat; and stays flat. Perfect for my purpose.

I ironed (covered) this to get it flat but its so thin it's not weighted down at all. It just slips all over the place and curls up at the edges. Waste of money
