Some people say it has spf30 but it does not say on the package. i see no zinc oxyde on the ingredients list either. how can we be sure?

I have never thought it has a spf30 I always put my own on. I feel for me that is better.

Does this product Moisturise? I have v dry eczema on my face so need a product that will Moisturise and protect?

It’s very moisturising, however, if you have dry eczema on your face it may make it appear more noticeable unless you moisturise well before applying as it kind of ‘sticks’ to dry, flaky skin. I use Avene products for eczema prone skin.
