Despite a little trepidation after reading a few negative reviews I took the plunge. Mainly due to the value for money & potential the set offered.Pleased I did! Easy to build, they offer versatile storage solutions and seem quite sturdy. The wall fittings are reasonably solid plastic and take the weight well. The central column is a must and the twist fix height option grips well enough. The chain dangling additional storage bar is a little annoying at times. It sounds like Quasimodo's bell ringing in an adjacent bedroom. Some sort of rubber end caps instead of moulded plastic would sound proof that a bit.So far, a few months in, they've never moved and have withstood my 11 year old daughters 'yanking' of clothes removal well.Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic bit of kit. I was worried that it wouldn't be strong enough to support all my clothes that I use, but was pleasantly surprised and how strong and the quality of the product it.Its literally helped change my spare room into the walk in wardrobe that I needed.I did have to cut the hanging rod to size which was achieved with an electric saw, but again this was due to my spare room constraints rather than any fault of the product.Delivery was very prompt also. Very happy

it is NOT as claimed that can be installed without tools. need to put in a few nails. apart from that it is sturdy n does exactly what it is there to do, keep my clothes tidy.

This is wonderful! Its long enough to fit between walls quite a long way from each other, and the pole in the middle makes sure its well supported under the weight of all my clothes!Quick and easy to put up too - always an advantage when I dont have to ask my son over to do things for me!Excellent value for money.

Prompt service however the strength of the actual rail bar is weak and within 4 weeks the rail bowed despite holding very little weight.

Edited Review.We have a small hallway and were looking for a "no-drilling" option to put a clothes rack up. We stumbled across this and ordered it.The manual is a bit lacking. Text and illustrations seem a bit small and confusing to me, but it's not that hard to figure out how to assemble it. It's not the easiest to put together, due to its length. I put it together by myself, but would recommend two people to put it up once assembled, as the poles don't lock and can easily slide out.The baskets are kept in place with small screws, which can cause dents on the poles if you're not careful (I wasn't). This is mentioned in the manual and I tried to avoid it, but the screws left dents after all.For a no-drilling coat rack system, it's quite good. but a bit wobbly. So be a bit careful if you use it as a free standing wardrobe and have kids around. You shouldn't hold onto it when putting shoes on or lean against it, etc. It's not sturdy enough.One of the shoe baskets has a loose joint. We learned this when my partner walked by the rack system and her sweater got caught in the loose piece of metal. I reached out to the manufacturer and asked for a replacement part, but they told me after a week's wait that they don't have individual parts available and that I should talk to Amazon for warranty issues. Which I did and got a discount, as I didn't want to send it back for a replacement.I got this for the price of £30 and I think that is what it's worth. I would have been disappointed with it if we had paid more than £50.

The garment organiser is just what we were looking for as a solution to our closet storage needs, does exactly what it says on the tin! wonderful product.

This was absolutely great for the space in my bedroom that I have sectioned off for a walk in wardrobe.. it is very very sturdy and very cheap for the price really... more than happy with this at the price
