Extraordinary Kit
This pan is amazing in every respect but its non-stick qualities without the toxicity of Teflon are really worthy of note. No seasoning required, just use straight out of the box and as the patina develops on the surface, so the performance just gets better and better. I cannot imagine ever buying another frying pan, so terrific in terms of value for money.

Good, even
Just what I need for our new induction hob. Yes, it's heavy and I rarely take it over a setting of 6. Good, even, tasty sauté and light frying pan. I haven't put it through it's paces as yet, but have a feeling it'll do well in the oven as well. Really pleased with it.
