Very happy, does exactly what I need
This does exactly what I wanted. Work laptop plugged in with USB-C which handles 2 displays, mouse, keyboard, webcam and speaker. Then a personal desktop with 2 video outs (Display Port & HDMI), the mouse, keyboard, webcam and speaker again.Price wise I think it was fair, KVM's can run very expensive and I think the price here was towards the lower end of the scale. That did worry me as I thought it might cut corners but I have to say I'm very happy with the functionality and the build.Lessons learned, dont buy extra cables, it comes with HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-A & USB-C. I did because I did not see in the advert, I have spares now. Also, and this is just me and not understanding how things work but you plug the laptop in with the USB-A and get duel display. HDMI does not work like that, you want 2 displays you better have 2 video cables coming out the back of your PC. Thats just me and my understanding, once I worked that out things worked fine!

Switch between work and game on a button
I was annoyed about dealing with my work and life on a small screen. This KVM switch came to my eyes, actually at first time I thought it was too expensive until I finally set it up and use it. It is worth the price. What impressed me first is the build quality, it looks not cheap at all.It can switch between 2 PCs in just 2 seconds with 60Hz 4K resolution. I compared a lot before my purchase, and similar KVMs at the about price just support 30Hz 4K, excellent!BTW, it works great with my Mac and Logitech wireless mouse.

Works as advertised
Having spent much time experimenting with cables and so forth to try and get a gaming PC and a work laptop work properly through a KVM (usb-c laptop with display output, and a games machine with 3 DP and 1 HDMI), this is the only solution I have found that actually works, and works well. Nice piece of kit, perhaps worth mentioning the included cables in the blurb. Easy to connect, easy to use.My only negative would be its size and/or there is no remote switcher such as you can often get with other KVM's (this would mean i could put it out of view and just use a little switch button to change outputs rather than having the entire thing on my desk), but a good solid piece of kit that works as intended, very happy.

Just does not work properly
Just very disappointing overall. When it works, it works well but there are just too many problems with it:1. It supposed to support 2 extra monitors at 4k (3840 x 2160) but it does not. Only one ever works at that resolution. They told me it's because my video card may not be supporting this. I can accept this but again, it should be clearly highlighted in their description.2. When I'm using my laptop monitor and the screens are connected, the minute I open Prime Video, it switches off the 2 external monitor and it won't work until I close Prime Video in my Browser. I has managed to work with Prime Video in the past but I get a warning from PV that I'm not displaying my videos at high res. I'm ok with lower resolution. What I'm not ok with is that I have no control over this and cannot used my external screen with Prime Video! Very poor!3. Today for example after having giving up on #2 for quite some time, my 2 screen just refuse to work! I've rebooted my laptop, my kvm numerous time and they just won't connect. And before you can say, it's something to do with my laptop. It's not as every time I go to the office and connect to my docking station (from another brand), it works 100% of the time, not matter what, so it's definitely has something to do with this KVM.Really disappointed overall as it's not that cheap and it's unusual to have hardware that does not do what it says it will do.

Very good product
Straight forward to instal and use out of box. However a remote to switch would have been improved the experience

Works very well, but keep in mind the resolution/refresh rate limitations
I’m using it with a 3440*1440 144hz ultrawide, and due to it not being a TB dock you can only achieve 100hz at that resolution through the dock. Very happy with that though as wasn’t expecting anything more for a cheaper priced dock. If you want full 144hz you will need a much more expensive unit.Every once in a while I find the screen won’t come on if I’ve changed a display setting, but usually pressing the switch button to go off and then back to the device turns it back on again, this could just be an issue with my display rather than the unit.Overall very happy and does the job well. The listing doesn’t really make it clear but it does come with with all cables you need to set it up (hdmi, display port, usbs, etc) only thing it doesn’t supply is an additional usb C power supply if you want it to also charge your laptop but that wasn’t expected anyway, as you’d just use the one that came with your laptop.

Good kit but jammed my router
Nothing wrong with this KVM. Nice build, sensible configuration BUT it is a powered system, i.e. what is known as a 'managed switch'. What I did not know is that these can send a router haywire and I my case I have a Sky router which does not like this device. Who knew? Well, I found out the hard way! (Sky Community also gave me helpful guidance). While the device worked fine, switching between PCs simply caused the router to drop its connection to the various Sky boxes in my house! There are fixes - apparently setting your network adapter to generate Jumbo Frames can work but not in this case - but that didn't work for me. So, thank goodness for Amazon's fabulous no quibbles returns policy. I sent it back and went for a passive device instead. That works fine.To emphasise - this was not a problem with the device itself. It worked well when my Sky boxes were offline but I could not get it to cooperate when live. As I say, nice build quality but conflicts with the Sky router. If you have a regular router that you are able to manage (Sky is fussy) then this will likely work for you.
