I wasn't even aware these existed but got one on a recomendation from a bbq expert. It worked very well and I'd definitely a must have for anyone who wants to get things bbqing fast and efficiently. Sturdy and looked like it will last a long time.

This product makes lighting a charcoal BBQ an absolute breeze. Works really well. I'll never use smelly firelighters or fluid ever again! No more fumigated burgers or sausages. Very good purchase.

Load the coals, set fire to them, sit back and Bob's your uncle. The coals are are a raging furnace ready for the BBQ. Just be careful when transferring coals, you don't stand on any small lumps of coal that may fall from the bottom. Great value for money and it sure has been getting plenty of use. I'm writing the review now, but I actually purchased the product last summer and it was an absolute time saving game changer. It's a great size and can turn a considerable amount of coal to that raging furnace I mentioned quick time.

Hey,I don't know where I have been, discoverd this on Argos and the fact that America have been using these since the 60's shocked me.It's perfect for a BBQ and open fires, I use Firelighters and the fire is ready in 20 minutes. This is large by the way so you will be able to get loads of coal in and will need a small mountain of firelighters.Instructions are give and it arrived in good packaging. The handle doesn't get hot and I sometimes put Potatoes underneath or a grill on top for a quick burger.It's VERY HOT and cooks things fast 👍for a small fire it's best used when it's a still night as the smoke in the mouth isn't fun 😭This has made lighting charcoles much easier as well as having fires, I could even cook and Asian curry on top as it's very HOT, in America people often cook on them.It's worth the price and will last years to come. It does turn black after the first use but this is normal.I'm just sad that I didn't know this exsisted years ago because coals are a nightmare to light 😭Very happy with this, thank you.
