Whilst I have tried several of these product I have found this to be the best so far. I have a rescue dog that was kept outside so as you can imagine house training is a nightmare, but this seems to help with removing the stain and neutralising the odour but is no substitute for a proper carpet clean.

We have a giant house rabbit who has some incontinence issues since a seizure - this manages to get rid of all evidence of this on the floor of her home - and, when combined with a metal scrubber, managed to get off older stains that I had used a lot of different products on! Works on soft furnishings too without any discoloration.

Stain remover yes, odour remover no
This product does remove stains however it did not remove the urine odour from my carpet but instead left a very strong bleach smell. The cats sniffed it and urinated in the same spot. Personally I will be sticking to an enzyme cleaner.
