Q: What batteries are needed for this and does it come with the cards thx

C size batteries and the game comes with cards

Q: Can you buy the cards separately?

I have not found replacement Uno Attack cards but we use then normal Uno deck, which is just as much fun.

Q: Should the card holder be loose or should it be tight to secure the cards ?

When the cards are in holder the clamps holds them together.. you can open and close it easily.

Q: The pictures show 2 different machines the 1 the family are playing is a tall machine the 1 in the box looks smaller witch 1 is it thanks

When I purchased this... We received the one as per the box. It's a sleeker design but still chunky... imagine a size 5 training shoe :)
