BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TAKING THESE MAQUI CAPSULES. They sounded like a wonderful idea. I took one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. By the second day, I noticed a greater amount of urine production as well as an increased amount of tear production in my very dry eyes. Unfortunately, there was so much that I needed to carry tissues to wipe my eyes and runny nose every time I bent over.The worst part was that by the 3rd day my feet became swollen and I had stabbing pain in my ankles that got so bad I couldn't sleep. 2 extra strength tylenol had no effect on the pain. I stopped taking the capsules and within 36 hours, the pain was gone. I'm left with a bit of stiffness and puffiness in my ankles. Hopefully that will go away soon. I would love to receive a refund !!

I really like how easy the pills are to take. Instead of mixing a powder in liquid and then cleaning, I just pop 2-4 pills with some water and I know I’m helping my body.

I' m trying to keep the pressure in my eyes down with a prescription medication. This prescription makes my eyes very dry. I told this to my Doctor and he recommended this product.It has for sure helped with my dry eyes!
