The headset arrived safely, and it comes nicely packed inside a premium looking retail box.The overall quality of the headset is very good, and it seems well made and durable. Its also IP54 rated so its protected from dust and water, and its also very easy to wipe down and keep clean.While this headset is better suited to a retail environment, ive been using it both in the car and when I’m doing jobs around the house and ive really grown to like it a lot. It’s nice and flexible, compact in size, and it can go in either your right or left ears, all of which helps to make it very comfortable to wear. The Bluetooth range is also a strong point as I can leave my phone anywhere in my house and the signal never gets dropped.The microphone is crystal clear and the noise cancelation works brilliantly, it does an excellent job of filtering out background noise, you can be in a very busy environment and all the other person can hear is your own voice. I like that you can mute the call simply by lifting up the microphone and even though I don’t have a use for it the walkie talkie function is a really cool feature which lets you talk with other people who also use the same headset, i.e. warehouse employees working in the same area.The battery life is another strong area of this headset, I average around 7 hours of talk time before I put it on charge and still has a bit of life left in it. If you use the push to talk mode Jabra claim you can get up to 20 hours use from a single charge. Charging is done quite quickly and you could easily give it a decent top up if you charge it while on a 30 minute break so it should keep you going all day.Overall, I think this is an excellent and well thought out, multi-function headset which works perfectly and has one of the best noise-cancelling features I have used so far. If you can pick it up for around £100 then I think this represents good value for money. It’s a product I’m more than happy to recommend and I feel its easily worth the full five stars, buy with total confidence!

As far as mono bluetooth headsets go, this looks one looks really expensive when you see the hundreds of £15 - £40 ones which are around. So for your £100+, what do you get? - Well, not even a charging stand!..On initial inspection there's nothing particularly fancy. Comfort is good, but then so are the best are the budget headsets.However, where the money has been spent is on the sound quality. Music is ok - still not great, but a whole lot better than any of the budget headsets. Speach quality is where this shines, conference calls are great with no problems hearing speech of others.The microphone is really good too, which no complaints. Apparently the noise cancellation seems to work well too, with office noise not being too much of an issue.There's a push to talk button, allowing you to talk a local team but I never tried this since I think you need other users with this feature.Range is 100m, which seems pretty impressive, though I only tested it up to about 15m away and it worked fine.Battery life, I managed 6 hours no problem, but it promises 8 hours and I don't doubt it.Pros- Nice and compact- Excellent good sound quality- Mic has good pick up with decent noise cancellation- 8 hour talk time battery lifeCons- Expensive- Lacks any charging base, and turns off if plugged in (but so do most headsets)Overall. £100+ is a lot of money to pay for a headset, and there's plenty of decent ones out there under £40. However this definitely does provide the best speech quality for one of these compact mono headsets I've come across. So if quality matters and you don't mind paying a premium, then I'd definitely recommend this.

Great quality headset that offers clear audio quality in a lightweight form factor designed for use on the go. Works great for teams calls, the microphone in particular picks up nice clean audio. The lightweight design makes it comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time. The only thing that lets it down is the lack of a charging dock, using the cable to charge it is a little fiddly, a dock in my opinion would have been much better.
