small simple jack pickup
Initially the first one had to be returned immediately as the tensioner screw on one side was seized.There was also no cork on the bridge between the two tensioner screws, however the advert picture didn't show cork on it but 4 small circle's of cork that could be used were included.The device comes in a nice velvet storage drawstring bag. My son tells me he thinks it's a good bit of kit.

Excellent service
I bought one of these 3 years ago and was very happy with it. Unfortunately it broke the other week and after emailing the seller they sent a brand new one free of charge within days. Their communication was excellent and the product itself is great.

excellent product. Good built quality. The sound is natural and well amplified. Much cheaper than other high quality products yet the sound is good.You wont be disappointed.

I'm so pleased with my purchase
I'm so pleased with my purchase. A very helpful company with good delivery. I used mine for a full band gig and could hear the violin perfectly over the other instruments. So easy to attach, took minutes.
