The recommended daily amount is 5 tablets, but that's just for calories, there's no lethal dose.They were good value and were delivered intact.The only reason I give 4/5 is because after just one day the tablets had rubbed the roof of my mouth (hard palate) red raw and extremely saw. It was painful like mouth ulcers, with the skin hanging off the next day.
