bought this a year or 2 ago and just bought it again. i use it for a small outdoor gate. it's heavy and even though it's a bit flimsy, it's strong enough if you are careful with it to last a long time. the gate starts out difficult to rotate, but gets easier as it's left out in the elements. overall a really good buy for an outdoor or strong indoor gate waist high.

While the gate is somewhat narrower than expected. I love that it came fully assembled and that it stands freely or can be attached to the wall or door frames. This is perfect for any entryway. Pure assurance that my pup will stay safe from darting outside.

Works well for our purposes. My husband had to make some adaptations, but I’m grossly pleased.He removed a section and raised the entire fence up a little so our cats can escape under it if they feel the need to escape our household’s toddler. I like that this fence is as long as it is. Most I looked at weren’t long enough to span the opening we need to keep closed off.

Gate as a whole was decent. I bought this to replace the one I have as my son knows how to take the joints apart. This ones joints seemed better but the door for the gate seemed poor quality to me. The plastic was cheap and barley drilled right so the lock would lock at bottom. Decided that my son would probably be able to break though it and decided to return. The process of retuning has been nothing but a nightmare and still haven’t been able to return it. It’s not a return through Amazon but through the seller. They tried to tell me my reason for wanting to return wasn’t a good reason and that they could give me 20% off for a gate I’m not going to use. Been chatting with them on Amazon back and fourth for four days no with still no shipping label sent to me and money has not been returned.

This gate works perfectly to keep our dog out of the kitchen when we’re eating. It is solid and strong. We’ve had this for over a year now, and it has lasted all this time and is still as effective as when our dog was just a puppy.

Great for my 12 month old who loves to get into everything! You don’t have to put together!

This 118" Extra Wide Gate with Door is perfect for the area we needed it for in keeping our GS dog from running all over the house. The setting up was very easy to do by following the instructions. but it's not lock proof for my dog. If you have a smart dog like a GS well, you are in for a surprise. because he was able to open and walk thought without any problem...LOL. He watches us in the way we open the gate by squeezing up on the gate locking mechanism and he did the same thing but by using his mouth and teeth to bite down and pull to open...LOL. I had to go out and purchase a latch and bolted to the gate opening area which seems to be working for now. But he is thinking...LOL. Overall, this gate is very sturdy and well built. This gate is suitable for small / medium dogs who are not so smart to figure out how to open the gate with their mouth.....LOL. I would highly recommend it.

using at the bottom of stairs as a free standing gate (L shaped) and works perfectly.gate is easy to open, but does NOT auto close/latch like some baby gates do, so you have to manually latch it. Not an issue, just a heads up.
