Hape Kids All-in-1 Wooden Play Kitchen with Accessories (E3145)

Extremely well made and the grandkids (ages 3 and 5) love it! They have had it for a couple years now and it is still in perfect shape!

Our kids - 5-yr-old boy and 2-yr-old girl - love this kitchen. They received it for Christmas over a year ago. It has held up exceptionally well. While not the most "chic" on the market for our family room, I think it is the most engaging: lots of cupboards, they love the light and microwave that "dings". It's also a great size - not too large, not too small - and I feel that the price was more than fair. Very happy with the purchase!

We really love this kitchen! After a lot of research, we decided on this one for our 4 y/o and 2 y/o. The size seems perfect - plenty of room for them to play side by side but it's still a fairly small play kitchen. The light and microwave "ding" are their favorite features. It took my husband a long time to assemble, but seems to be a very sturdy piece. Love the pots and pans that came with. This has been played with daily for 5 months now.

Overall the assembly was fairly straightforward and the kitchen is quite nice. The ding when opening the microwave is great.There are however some things to be aware of: When opened, the oven door rests on the ground parallel with the floor and the acrylic on the oven door is too thin, my 24 pound child managed to step through it and crack the window and the manufacturer was unable to supply a replacement so I will have to find and cut to size a thicker piece of acrylic to fix it.Secondly, the construction is primarily medium density fiberboard so there is a chemical/VOC odor at first until the MDF stops off gassing. Although there hasn't been an issue yet, I worry about the longevity of the doors as the hinges mount directly to the MDF panels.

The directions we received was for the workshop! It was my grandsons birthday so we didn’t want to wait for new instructions to be mailed. We were able to find incomplete directions online. We were able to put it together and it’s really a great kitchen overall. Although, unfortunately, the wood split in a couple places when we screwed in the screws though.

This kitchen is just perfect. We received it in a protective box, everything was clean and not broken. Quality is amazing! We had a kidkraft kitchen and IKEA kitchen before. Kidkraft took forever to assemble and materials felt kind of cheap, ikea one was too plain with no features and my child just got bored of it after ..2 days. Hape kitchen is amazing quality and has a lot of nice features to keep a child entertained. I definitely recommend it 100%!

Do not buy from here. I purchased this play kitchen and it came with a huge crack in the wood right at the top where the stove is. I can’t let my 15 month old play with it. And now I have to figure out a way to return this heavy box, during a pandemic, with a small child. Don’t know how I’m going to do it. But very disappointed in this purchase. Should’ve bought it direct from the website for $40 more. Don’t bother with this. You do not know what you’re gonna get.

I am satisfied with the assembled product, but cost $80 to assemble with it taking two professionals over two hours as the assembly instructions are awful. Would not recommend this product unless directions with proper sequence of actions is clearly delineated.
