There are mixed opinions & reviews on YouTube and also here about everything specifically this device. Some hate it & some just love it. I wanted to try it for myself! I like it. I gave it some time. I mostly enjoy it on my neck, hands & thighs! At first I felt very uncomfortable with it on my face and I felt like my teeth were literally bursting. I lowered the level to 2, it became manageable. I enjoy the microcurrent one on my face better. I am 44 years old and because of my healthy life and genes my skin looks very good but some natural changes are little by little showing up! I don’t expect miracles but even if it is mere placebo effect, I am seeing that it is working. I know my skin so good that I notice even small changes that are invisible to others. So it is totally a personal choice to buy it or not. I call these stuff adult toys. I handle them with care, make sure I am comfortable and safe and trust the science behind them .

Spend all this money and be prepared for it to stop working before the warranty end date without a way to fix or replace.I bought this, and really liked it. It stopped working about 6 or 7 months in because one of the heads came loose. I haven’t dropped it or anything, it just came loose and couldn’t hold the current. There is a 1 year warranty AND the manufacturer will not cover that warranty BECAUSE it was bought at Amazon--they should not be allowed to have a web store on Amazon if they won't honor the manufacturer warranty when it is bought there. They said Amazon needs to deal with the 1-year warranty and Amazon is versed in what to do. I have called 7 times and talked to 8 different agents at Amazon. I was supposed to receive a response in 7 days, and I haven’t heard anything. The last time I called and asked for a supervisor, they could not replace it or refund me what I paid. They only offered $100. I had to resort to filing a credit card dispute.

This product feels as if it is working. I also like the variety of settings, easy to follow instructions and nice packaging. I've been using it for about 2 weeks, almost everyday for about10-minutes a day and although the results are not dramatic, i do see results.

I was pleasantly surprised. This had an effect on my face after the first use. It seemed to get rid of a lot of puffiness and help with chin/neck. Do not use it on the front of your neck where your thyroid is and do not use it on chest area around your heart. Otherwise, so far so good after a few uses. It seems to be well made and the balls do feel like a nice massage. It will make your muscles twitch which is kind of freaky at first.Also, you need some sort of gel to make it work. I got their gel but may switch to cheaper ultrasound gel next time. When it starts getting dry on my face it no longer zaps. If I mist my face with water then it starts zapping again. So it definitely needs moisture to work.

It visible helps sag or hormonal acne on face. I think it could be stronger.

"Despite charging the unit for a full 24 hours, it never even turned on. Not sure if I received a pre-used, defective unit, but I ordered a new one and although it doesn't appear to be a return, it won't even charge...." is the review I originally submitted. As it turns out - after more than 48 hours - it's now fully charged, so I felt it important to update. I haven't yet used it for any length of time, but I'm looking forward to getting good results. After my very first use my smile lines were less visible. I’ve used it about 3 times now and they’re almost completely gone. I’m only 20 so I have very light smile lines, so it might not be such a quick result with deeper lines, but i’m quite sure the device will still be very effective on them too. I guarantee at this rate my lines will be gone in a week. It’s expensive but so so worth it, plus you can always do payment plans with affirm like me lol. BUY IT! Trust me

The electric pull when dead after three uses. When I tried to return it the seller asked me if I'd be interested in keeping this one and purchasing another because to ship it back to them would be too expensive on their end. Really? You want me to keep this broken one and purchase another because you don't want to pay to ship it back? Very shady business practice...consider purchasing one from their website because I'm not too sure that this one was actually a legit Medicube.
