Q: Can you Grind chickpeas and other legumes with this mill?

Yes you can. I have made chickpea flour with the grain mill. I suggest you do it in small batches to avoid overheating the motor. This is a FANTASTIC product and the bread I´ve made with it tastes much better than that made with store bought flour - buy it, you won´t regret it!

Q: Does the komo fidibus classic or fidibus 21 come with a uk compliant fitted plug?

I bought this grain mill about 6 months ago. I live in Spain and the plug on the mill I bought was suitable for here. If you intend using it in the UK you would have to buy an adaptor - or ask the company if the could supply you one with a UK plug fitted maybe? However, please don't let the lack of a UK plug put you off buying this fantastic mill. I have now stopped buying flour and only buy grain instead. The bread I make from flour ground in this mill tastes far FAR better than even stoneground organic shop bought flour. It also allows you to experiment with different blends of grains and seeds. I wouldn't be without my mill. Hope this helps.
