Is this liquid flammable?

It will burn through your wallet since it's so overpriced. I've never tried putting a match to it but I doubt it. It's just water-based citrus degreaser, maybe with a surfactant. Can you use this on painted carbon fiber bikes? The bike is a Scott Genius 700.

I'm sure you can. However it's ridiculously overpriced, doesn't work any better than citrus degreasers from Home Depot.

What best product to use clean chains with chain cleaner machine ?

I use this product along with the Park tool chain cleaner and have had good results. The chain comes out looking new with no grime or detergent left behind.
