I’m a first time user of kinesiology tape and was drawn to this one because of the claim of it being able to be used on sensitive skin.I used it for an lcl knee sprain suffered subsequently to a total hip replacement on the same leg. I could not use a brace or tubular bandage because of swelling.No instructions came with the tape, as others have commented, however I found lots of helpful advice and videos on the web. Once taped it is a good idea to allow the tape some time to warm and fully stick prior to exercise (it becomes more supportive as it warms up.) I was not following a rigorous sporting regime, but nonetheless a four times a day regular exercise programme.I was quite sceptical before using the tape however I found it extremely helpful from the start. The pain in my knee diminished immediately and used along with exercise and ice, did the trick over time. It is surprising how supportive it feels.Also, for someone plagued by allergies and irritations the ‘glue’ didn’t cause any skin problems at all. Also, it survives the shower amazingly well over several days. Just be careful removing it and go steady using lots of soap. If it’s been applied well it will take a few minutes to remove.For me this really worked and I recommend highly, just make sure that application is correct. The only issue being the lack of the advertised instructional PDF.

Helped with pain….sadly when removed it leaves black adhesive on the skin. Tried taking off in bath, but same.I had to resort to using a nail brush on my knees to remove it….it also stuck to the bath when I kneeled …tough to remove from there too! Shame because it held in place all day.

I have had knee pain and been assessed by various specialists, none of which could find anything wrong with my knee. Fortunately, after loads of research, I figured out that I have a knee fat pad impingement/Hoffa's fat pad syndrome, and this tape has given me amazing pain relief ever since I received it by Amazon.Overall, it is best to wear it all the time, but I found it uncomfortable at first because I used the whole size of the ready-cut tape strips. However, I tried cutting one strip in half, and it is much more comfortable, and it allows me to stand and walk without as much pain, while feeling more supported.Regardless of your issue or suspected issue, if you need to, for example, keep your knee cap in place or similar, this tape work wonders and seems to be able to stay on for long periods of time, although I like changing it every couple of days to get a break as I feel like it isn't good to keep my skin pulled the way the tape does for long periods of time.Nothing negative to say about this product, it has done wonders for me and has given me more relief than what NHS ever could. Buy!

Excellent if areas need reinforcement. A great advantage in pain relief and faster healing.

Two showers old, this tape is great and the pre cut strips are so easy to use

This tape doesn't adhere particularly well and starts to peel within a few hours even with careful application.The tension in the stretch also doesn't last long so it doesn't provide support for very long.Have used it all up but have returned to buying KT brand tape.
